THURROCK JUNIOR WINTER LEAGUE 2015

Congratulations to all our coaches & teams this past Sunday.
For some of our new members it was their first match and they did not let themselves down.

All Team squads had been changed from last season so it was ‘New’ all round along with the teams having been moved up to a higher division so the going was ‘going to be tough’.

Some very tight results with the Reds & Silvers winning their matches by just 3 goals each. The new Purple squad had 2 matches to play and with the majority of these players not having played the previous season they did not let the ‘side down’ Two wins with some really good play and excellent shooting.

Unfortunately our Green & Blue team found it more difficult having moved up to Div 1 & Div 2 respectively but hopefully this will spur them on to work harder at training
as we know they will be very difficult to beat next week.

Good Luck to our Jnr Green team who will be playing as NC Yellow team in their Very 1st Essex Met Snr League match on Saturday @ Redbridge SC.

Thank you to the coaches and supporters for all their support
