Tips for Using the Website

If your computer has a Windows system, upgrade your browser from Internet Explorer 6 to
Internet Explorer 7. There's more facilities and less bugs in the updated version. Or try browsers
like Firefox 3 or Google Chrome.

You only need to type in newcambell.com in the address box of your browser to enter the website.
Once in you can bookmark the site address or save in your list of favourite websites

google search
We will not be listed on google and other search engines for about two weeks. It takes that long to
register a newly-opened site. After that people can find
the site by searching by name or contents.

F11: full screen
Press the F11 key to get a full screen solely for the website page. You need to press it again to
get back to where you were.

link with an arrow
When you see an arrow at the end of a link as in the example below
it means you are leaving the newcambell website to go to another website.
In order to return to newcambell.com click on the return arrow in the top left hand corner of the screen.
( I can hear L.A. yelling "Left, Left, Left...")
Or if your browser opens a new tab, you can close just that tab.

who's visiting the website
If you click on
or enter it in your browser address box,
you will see a complete set of details about the website. Nothing much
doing at the moment but it will be interesting over the next few months.

opening and downloading : filling in forms
If the link you are clicking on is a form to fill in you have two choices:

You can open it and print it or download it, open and print it and then fill the paper form in and return the
completed form as requested or,

if it is a .doc form you can download a copy (use save as) open it with word and fill it in online.
When you have completed it, you can save
it and attach it to an email and send to tracey@newcambell.com
