NC : Senior Reports

What a fantastic day – Wendy – you shone down on all of us just like you did when you were with us.

We continued the theme of enjoyment being the main aim – with smiles and laughter and grunts and groans when you couldn’t get to the ball that you did 1 / 2 / 5 / 10 / 20 years before but it didn’t matter because we were all there today to continue to celebrate Wendy’s netball life and that you all did.

Some fantastic netball was played by all whether you won or lost but a great semi and a brilliant Final where Netball was the winner.

Thanks to Steve, Sue, Christie, Evie & Jamie for supporting the day and presenting the trophies to the eventual winners ‘Hales Angels’ who won in extra time with the golden goal against ‘Swish’ .  Best Defence goes to ‘Hales Angels’ and best Attack going to ’Swish’ with ‘Star’ in 2^nd place in both.

Thank you to all of you that supported us whether it is was as a participant, an umpire, a spectator or refreshment lady Patsy & Gentleman Mike down to raffle sellers.  To those supporters that had travelled from foreign countries Scotland & Ireland and more local Norfolk & Birmingham thank you.
